NEW Digital BID Loyalty Card is launched
|
We are delighted to announce that we recently launched a digital version of our hugely popular BID Loyalty Card. The card provides a range of excellent offers from over 50 town centre businesses. It remains the same easy application process as before, requiring just a two-minute sign-up via our website (simply click the link below). Now, rather than waiting days to receive your card through the post, it will be available to download immediately to the 'wallet' on your mobile telephone. The digital card offers a more sustainable approach to our loyalty card scheme, helping to reduce our plastic use, as well as reducing costs and limiting postal deliveries. A win, win all round! However, we appreciate that this may not suit everyone and, for that reason, we will be able to issue some physical cards going forward, to those who need them. We want to ensure that the card remains accessible to everyone. All card holders, of both the digital and physical versions, will be entered in our monthly prize draw for a £30 gift voucher throughout 2025. Winners can choose their voucher for a town centre BID member business of their choice. All existing card holders who would like to transition to a digital card are welcome to make a new application online in order to add the card to their mobile telephone 'wallet'. Once the new digital card is issued, the old loyalty card number will be removed from our system so that every holder has just one card number, and one entry in our prize draw. We are delighted to host this new exciting event, giving local musicians the opportunity to showcase their talent. The event is sponsored by Keysound, the piano and keyboard specialist in Regent Street, and supported by Britannia Shopping Centre. It promises to be a fantastic day of live music in the town centre for families and shoppers to enjoy. Talented local musician, Pianocole, will headline the event with a show stopping performance at 10.30am. Then, throughout the day, shoppers and visitors will be entertained by a variety of performers. Live Windows are Coming to Hinckley

NEW FOR 2025! Watch, as windows really come to life in Hinckley town centre. Many businesses are already onboard and looking forward to creating new and innovative 'displays' on this extra-special shopping day! The event is supported by the Performing Arts students from NWSLC, some of whom will perform as live mannequins on the day, alongside friends and family members of the business owners. This is a fun and FREE experience for all the family. We will create a walking trail of all shops, cafes and service businesses participating, giving everyone the opportunity to complete the trail within the short two-hour (excuse the pun!) window! We love to showcase new and exciting concepts of marketing and hope you will be able to come along to enjoy the fun and creativity. Make sure to tell your friends, family and work colleagues, and don't forget to save the date!

Concordia and the 2030 Project

The fabulous Concordia Theatre is close to our hearts. Project 2030 is the theatre's new five-year initiative aimed at upgrading facilities for future generations. Central to this plan is the refurbishment and modernisation of the auditorium, with additional improvements planned across the theatre to enhance the experience for all visitors. Sally Zelenczuk, was an talented artist who departed this world far to soon. As part of her family's in-memorium fundraising efforts, they have arranged an exhibition of Sally's art at Ten22 Gallery and Art Café, in aid of Adrenocorical Cancer Support UK. If you would like to attend either the private viewing on the 7th February, or the wider exhibition from 8th February to 29th March, you would be very welcome.
