Many smaller businesses are not experienced in this complex area, and at Hinckley BID we would be happy to arrange and pay for an online seminar with a specialist advisory organisation who is. If we receive sufficient response we will email suggested dates and times to you.

No matter how small your business, there is a government requirement to comply with certain training. This Fire Safety Training is FREE through the attached booklet, and should a fire take place (hopefully not) you may need to show your insurers that you have complied with it so it’s worth studying.

We are pleased to report that all of our free 11th Annual Events already held this year have broken all records in both entry and visitor numbers. We attach the current leaflet (please scroll down to see both sides) and if you would like some of these for your customers, we will be pleased to deliver them to you.

In 3 weeks from this coming Sunday our 11th annual Soap Box derby will be held on Castle St, June 26th starting at 11am. We have over 25 entries so far, so a great time will be had by all! And it’s free to watch – hopefully many of our excellent BID cafes, restaurants and pubs will also be open.
