Changes to Tiers (Leicestershire remains in Tier 3)
Today, the Health Secretary Matt Hancock has made a statement to the House on the review of coronavirus tiering restrictions in England. The statement can be seen here.

The Furlough Scheme
The Chancellor has also announced an extension of the furlough scheme until the end of April 2021, with the government continuing to contribute 80% towards wages. The Chancellor also confirmed that he would be extending the government-guaranteed Covid-19 business loan schemes until the end of March. For further details see here.
