On Thursday 11 July at a prestigious Awards Ceremony held in London celebrating the best travel agents in the UK, Holiday Lounge was announced as the winner of the Best Agent in the category of Central England - Small Agency.
The Directors and Supervisor of the Hinckley Office were in attendance and were delighted to receive the award. Managing Director Paul Moss said, "It was incredibly rewarding knowing that, not only were we voted for by our peers in the Travel Industry, but coming within a month of celebrating our 20th anniversary since the business first opened its doors in Hinckley made it extra special."
In June, to celebrate their 20 years in the Travel Industry and now having four shops, Holiday Lounge held a Charity Ball attended by over 120 customers and trade partners and raised £10,000 for charity.
During the last 20 years Holiday Lounge have had to face numerous challenges, including the decimation of travel industry during the Covid-19 pandemic, but to come through it all and for the business to continue to grow, makes receiving the award even more satisfying.
